Be pre-planned about what is going to happen

Have a schedule

When you have a schedule or time table, you will definitely cover all the needed areas to place attention on. If possible these schedules should be given to the participants one or two days earlier. This way the participants will have background knowledge of what they are getting themselves into.

Start on time and end on time

Punctuality is an important part of meetings and life. When a meeting is scheduled, make sure to be there on time or even if you wish you can be there ten to twenty minutes earlier.
